the map that was provided by the developer which i assume nobody's actually changed the color coding on here does indicate that the development is quite in keeping with the immediate area. i i know there recent single-family houses more to the north and more to the south perhaps to the west that are blocked by an open space to the east but within the immediate area we have quite a bit houses that are two greater family units. so i don't think this particular unit is out of order for that immediate area and certainly won't effect the apartments down on 6th a western. i'm quite in support of the project. i'm also - you might want to think about it once it's constructed, once families move in they're going to be your imply neighbors and they may be nice people. so don't look at it as totally a negative experience >> well i'm going to speak in favor of the speed bumps. i think a lot of streets have a lot of speed bumps. one was put after a car admit and killed a child. but this is a the court will tell you did he sack but people can still speed. we have an easement behind our house but r

do you think there is a way to shake up the pentagon and change the whole culture? >> i do. as you say, it really was very compelling testimony. . he reminded us all this is not a crime that just happens to women in the military. it happens to men. it is a crime. i thought one of the most important points they made was that rape and sexual assaults are not -- they're about power, they're about intimidation, and we have to treat them that way. i think we're seeing a great deal of interest in congress, in working with the military to address this issue. i think there are a number of people who pointed out it requires a real culture change in the military, and i know that the leadership in most cases, the gens, secretary hagel, are very interested in addressing this, but it's going to require not just the leadership to take action, but to look at some of the structural impediments to making the cultural changes that are required and changing those as well. >>> well, as you pointed out, and i know you have written to secretary hagel, and you've wanted him to take a look at this

that number was changed down to 10. we adjusted our spending, our assumptions about spending accordingly. our assumptions about spending are specific to the various categories. i'll show you what those assumptions are. so, this slide provide you with a list of different categories we included. there are others down there that include a couple of catchall categories. it shows you the change in spending for management, change in spending from syndicates given the vastly smaller number, the change in spending on infrastructure which in fact is larger than we assumed at the time. but overall we got a reduction in spending of about $265 million or about a third of what we were assuming previously in 2010. so, it's expenditures of about 469 million versus 200 -- sorry, 791 million back in 2010. >> local visitors, that's 150, what was that number? you have millions and dollars here on the first category. when it comes to visitors you're talking about what visitors are going to spend? >> exactly right. >> and nonvisitors, okay,

there's always changes. so, it is something we're trying to address as it's coming up. >> i'll add one thing to that, too. the stencils that are going on the sidewalks, and if they have permission by the property owner to do them. we have goldfish all up and down haight street. but permission by the property owners. so, that goes into it also. >> there will be a yellow brick road somewhere, too. we're going to go -- do you want to respond to this? >> i'll respond very briefly. my experience with graffiti vandals is that they are actually quite smart and adaptable. if they know that the graffiti on the sidewalk is staying because something has changed their responsibility or accountability, they will target your sidewalks. what i would say is don't wait for people to report it. because they may not know that it's not permission. they may not know they have a right to report t. they may not want to upset their neighbors, their fellow business people. if you see it, by law enforcement or code enforcement office
